Here are a few examples of ads I’ve designed for various clients, both for print and web. My basic approach is to think about the message of the ad and then figure out the best way use imagery to support the text. Sometimes that means creating a new visual identity completely and sometimes it’s creating or sourcing a graphic to fit into an existing brand.
I will often collaborate with my clients to make the graphics and words work together for the biggest impact.
The bottom line is that ads should be attractive and make a statement—the right statement!
Examples here include: The Lesbian and Gay Bar Association of Chicago, Hammond Real Estate, Keshet Cabaret (which I also designed the logo for) and The Cape Playhouse (on the 90th anniversary season card, I also designed the logos for the productions).
